We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted (such as free shipping promotions).

Shipping Notes:
- Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or order thresholds (orders over $40 ship free!).
- Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
- If a package is delayed, please allow additional transit time before reaching out.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
We will work quickly to replace or resolve the issue.
Heat Disclaimer:
Candles may soften, sweat, or slightly shift in extreme heat during transit. This does not affect performance or safety. Please bring your package indoors promptly during warm weather.
